Design services are available through subscription or scope-based pricing. You can choose a monthly subscription plan or scope-based plan. No matter what you choose, we have a 20-minute call to give you an overview of our process and answer any questions you may have.

Senior-level and higher design positions annual salaries often range from $110k to $135k+, translating to monthly costs of $10k to $12k+ per month, excluding benefits! Securing designers at this level can be very challenging due to their high demand and unique skillsets.

You may not consistently have a full workload, yet you’re still committed to paying for their time when you hire someone full-time. With our Brand Monthly subscription plan, or Pro Hourly plan, you have the flexibility to pause as needed, banking unused time for future use. This way, you only pay for the time you actively utilize or project scope desired.

We use Stripe to handle all of the subscription payments. Stripe is a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1, which is the most strict level of certification in the payment platforms industry. Stripe maintains the highest level of security on every transaction.

We offer consultative services in the brand and UX design space and offer services in cohesive brand design, landing page design, website design, and user experience.

At this time, Logiclab Design does not create 3D modeling, video, animated images or graphics (GIFs, etc.) Large print design (magazines, publications, books, etc.), complex packaging design, and any medical document design.

The Consultative plan has a limit of 25 requests per month. The Design plan has no limit to the requests that can be added to the backlog, but only one request is worked on at a time. We opted for a visible growing backlog that allows visibility and scalability. With the pause feature (see below) it is very convenient.

Most consultative and design request turnaround occurs in 24-48 hours. A typical request turn-around in 48 hours would be a brand concept, website landing page, and perhaps social media templates. Large request deliverables are submitted for your review every 24 hours until the request is complete.

We will adjust and revise anything you need based upon your request. You have continuous requesting at your control in our shared Trello board.

Requesting consultative needs occur the same way as requesting design does, in our shared Trello board of organized request information and attachments.

Logiclab Design is dedicated to polishing or revising as necessary until you are completely satisfied with the design. Tell us where we missed the mark and we will update according to your vision.

Absolutely. It is understandable that there may be times when your design needs don’t fill an entire month. You might have just a few requests now, with more planned later. This is where the option to pause your subscription can be handy.

For a monthly subscription, our billing cycles on memberships run for 31-day periods. Let's say you sign up and actively use the service for 20 days, then choose to pause your subscription, you effectively save those 11 unused days for future use.

If you are on the scope-based plan, it is a lump sum payment based on time on task, with 50% billed up-front. Billing occurs monthly for the scope of work completed. In this case, the pause feature is really determined in the agreement, based on the project scope.

When you join, all communication is done through our shared Trello tracking board. Within this shared board communicate directly with you and respond to consultative and design requests. Our shared design board ensures quick communication.

If the need arises, we can use email to communicate, but our shared Trello board is the preferred method for project work and communication.
